Everything is energy in waves, the universe is a huge pattern of frequencies. Everything we perceive can be depicted as some form of up-and-down movement along an axis, a periodic wave. It can be described as an oscillation between existing and not existing. Everything exists just because its opposite exists, this is true for night and day, the binary system of the computer, and life itself. All molecules have energy and are in constant motion, they vibrate between different states. If you touch a stone you might think it doesn’t vibrate but the density of its vibration is just so high that you cannot sense that even a stone is mostly empty space with vibrating molecules in it. But just as you cannot put your head through a helicopter rotor at high speed you cannot put your hand through a stone.
A monkey jumping up and down can be depicted as a wave - just as the intervals of falling rain or Beethoven’s 5th or your breath. Everything on this planet, in this universe, is energy in waves. Everything you see is energy in waves since it is transported in the form of light just as the waves of heat you feel sitting in front of a campfire. I want to add that we are also merely interpreting the information we receive through frequency - how do we tell where those frequencies emanate from? All of this does happen completely in our mind, doesn’t it? Write me a comment if you find something that cannot be described as a waveform. I am serious - my following text is completely based on this assumption so I’d better be correct.
Just like the jumping monkey, we are energy in waves but waves of energy can either travel unhindered and smoothly or obstructed and deformed. One of the strongest forms of energy that are passing through our system constantly are our emotions and thoughts. As I have already described in the text linked further down below, our being doesn’t just have a physical body it also exists on the mental and emotional (astral) plane, and with those planes, we interact with our mental and emotional body.
On the physical plane, it is easy for us to believe that we are affected by all those different wavelengths surrounding us all the time. We freeze when it’s getting too cold, we hear beautiful sounds reaching our drumhead and we see the red streetlight as soon as the waves of the color reach the lens of our eye just as we sense the arriving train because of the vibration it causes.
The same is true for the emotional and mental planes. Different frequencies reach us. If one of your relatives at the dinner table is brooding over his food, it affects you and you start to have negative thoughts too. If your little daughter puts up her cutest smile and laughs at you, it will affect you and it will lift your spirits.
All Diseases on This Planet Originate in Stuck Energy
But as mentioned before, those energies reaching you on the mental and emotional plane can also be distorted, blocked, and trapped. Ideally, all our three earthly bodies in unison can absorb and process every thought and every emotion that reaches it. That is our natural state the time when we are born. A baby might be crying hard because it’s hungry but after that hunger is stilled it can smile just as hard as it has been crying 10 minutes earlier.
stuck energy manifests itself as pain in its final stage - read more about how to release pain and the three earthbound bodies of yours in this article:
Unfortunately, we lose that ability because we have not been taught to process, and express all our thoughts and emotions; quite the opposite. Men get told that they shouldn’t cry because that is not manly. Women get told that they should smile and be happy all the time because that is what a lady does and if children are having a crisis their parents try to explain to them that “it is not that bad” instead of letting them express their emotions.
The result of all of this is that our emotions and yes also our thoughts get trapped inside us. We forget how to come back to the neutral and natural state of emotional bliss and mental peace. What is considered to be a state that only Buddha, Jesus, and the Dalai Lama are able to reach is in reality our baseline. It is the frequency our bodies return to once other wavelengths that have hit our body have been processed.
Almost all of us are suffering from stuck and unprocessed energy that is building up in our bodies. It is the most common and only disease humanity is suffering from but it isn’t considered a disease because everyone has it and because we consider all the effects of that disease as diseases themselves.
Here are examples of some of the effects of trapped energy in your body. As you can see later on in this text, some of them are considered a sickness themselves although they are just symptoms.
we become tense, we start whipping our feet all the time, we chew on our nails
we use substances that relax us; for example alcohol, weed, or cigarettes
we start doing sports at an unhealthy rate because it releases some of the pressure for a while
because of our increasing tenseness, we start to have an unhealthy posture, we suffer from a lack of sleep and our minds don’t stop racing
The body cannot take up with this forever and at the same time, we live in a society that demands 8-10 hours of work a day so we turn to stimulants to keep up, such as coffee or cocaine. The energy we free in those ways does not come from a healthy and sustainable source though. We tap into our reserves until we reach a tipping point. Our highly sophisticated internal processes on a cellular level are completely out of balance by now. Every cell should be on its proper frequency to function as it’s supposed to. It can manage for a while in a suboptimal surrounding but after some time, mistakes are made while cells try to copy themselves for example. Hormone levels get out of balance and so on. As a result, we keep having increasing rates of cancer and autoimmune diseases.
Energy That Has Been Blocked Can Also Be Unblocked
Those last paragraphs describe as short and precise as I can how we got into this mess that we are observing. I was focusing on the internal reasons for this development and of course, there are other external reasons for disease such as being exposed to chemicals or the like. I am focusing on internal reasons based on our emotional and mental capacities because those are the problems we can fix as individuals and those are the issues I can offer help with.
Trust me, I speak from experience. I was there. My body was on the brink of collapse. You can read more about my story in the article below. For the last 2 years, almost all my energy and focus went into releasing stuck energy from my system and I want to give you a quick summary of how this works and how I would work with you if you decided to seek support.
To begin, please imagine those stuck energies in your body as very dense areas. You might even feel some of those tense areas right now. The density of those energies varies greatly. Some of them might feel like huge boulders located maybe in your hips or neck area. Others are more like little stones in certain areas whereas there might even be people reading this that lost their ability to even sense their body properly because they have become one big piece of granite. Depending on the level of density, different methods are needed:
Dynamite Stage
Your body is a rock and you don’t feel much anymore? Your emotional range is happy, sad, angry and horny? Do you feel stiffness and pain all over your body? For a rock you need dynamite. Those are the cases where I would recommend medicine journeys although in general, I am very conscious about the use of substances. In a guided way it can release huge emotional blockades deep down in your system and it can create an opening in your ego because a walled-in ego is just as difficult to crack open as a body made from solid granite.
Sledgehammer Stage
You still feel yourself but there are huge boulders of stuck energy all over your body? Do you experience emotions in an uncontrolled way and your emotional reactions are completely out of proportion to what caused them at times? Do you get stuck in certain emotions for an unhealthy long period of time? This is the area for very intense breathing and movement meditations and intense stretching with a focus on pain release and emotional release. Feeling is healing. Deep bodywork is also really helpful at that stage. Those techniques allow you to smash the huge boulders into smaller pieces just like a sledgehammer.
Flushing the River
By now you start to feel your energy flowing. That energy has many names, for example Kundalini or Chi, but trust me once it flows you’ll know. It feels great but even a rushing river meets a big boulder from time to time that causes turbulences. Plus we are still living in a world that is deeply locked in the fear frequency in most places and in our personal lives we also encounter difficulties. People we love leave for example. So it is just like dusting the house: no matter how spotless it is now, new dust will settle for sure.
Now has come the time for more subtle techniques such as gentle breathing exercises, QiGong, silent meditation, prayer, singing, and so on. This is the stage when you really start elevating your frequency. This is also the stage when you will be in ever deeper contact with the spiritual realms. You might start to channel, in your prayers you will receive answers, true manifestation starts to work and most of all you will get in contact with your eternal self.
All of this is only a very rough overview. For example, even at the beginning some of the more gentle techniques should also be applied if you have the discipline. It can just be very frustrating to do QiGong if you don’t feel anything. On the other hand, after an emotionally tough time and or traveling a lot I still apply intense breathing techniques on myself because more energy accumulates in my body during such times and it needs a phase of intense care afterwards.
All of the techniques mentioned are just examples and I chose those techniques that I enjoy and apply myself. There is an uncountable amount of techniques out there to raise your frequency and maybe that is the problem. Just recently I have talked to a friend who has spent a high six-figure amount on healing and training. A lot of visitors coming to Ubud might also be highly confused by the amount of spiritual offerings so what I am trying to do with this article is to give you a map of what your way might look like and what to look out for. I am also making a strong case for not focusing too much on one technique. First, it is just boring to do the same things over and over again. Second, different stages of your awakening need different approaches. If you are granite, you might pray for a long while for no effect but it also doesn’t make sense to throw dynamite into a river.
I am a certified meditation teacher, but my true strength lies in the wide array of techniques I’ve gathered from many teachers and refined through personal experience and work with others. As you may sense from the transmissions in my podcast, I also have a profound connection with my spiritual guide team, who offer wisdom on the mental, emotional, and spiritual realms.
While my current focus is on writing and channeling through my book, I occasionally open space for one-on-one sessions with those who feel deeply called to work with me. If my approach resonates with you, feel free to reach out—availability is limited and guided by intuition.
Sending you much love and a big hug!
did you get curious? here is more info about what I offer:
Yes, we're all just zeros and ones, blinking off and on like Christmas lights, flashing in and out of existence. All things are like this. Otherwise we'd be one big blob. There would only oneness, only all-things-existing-at-once-ness. A jumble. A big puddle, an ocean of everything.
